2. License Grant

- This license does not grant you ownership of the Software; all rights remain with AvJack or its licensors.
3. Scope of Use
You may:
- Install and use the Software on devices covered by your license
- Receive updates or upgrades provided by AvJack for the Software
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Software to third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
4. License Termination
This license is effective until terminated. AvJack may terminate the license if you:
- Violate any term of this Agreement
- Attempt unauthorized distribution or misuse of the Software
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your devices.
5. Updates and Upgrades
AvJack may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. These are considered part of the original Software and are governed by this Agreement unless otherwise stated.
6. Ownership
The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of AvJack and its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Software to you.
7. Limited Warranty
- AvJack provides the Software “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- AvJack does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AvJack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software
- Your use of the Software is at your own risk
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Users accessing the Software from Canada or other regions may also be subject to applicable local laws.
